Thierry Goder is the CEO of Alentaris Recruitment Ltd, one of the leading recruitment agencies in the region. He studied Law and Human Resources and has also an engineering background. He has been involved in recruitment assignments for Government bodies, International NGO’S and private sector organisations in Mauritius and abroad. He has supported various Ministries and Government Agencies as a Facilitator on Interview Panels. He conducted various recruitment assignments for some Multinational companies and leading firms in Mauritius and in Africa at Senior Management level.

Thierry is a certified user of the DDI Targeted Selection programme – a comprehensive competency based selection model. Thierry has also delivered Leadership Development Programme in Kenya, Interview Skills Workshop & Performance Management Systems (PMS) Training. Thierry has also conducted HR Consulting assignment.

Graduated in Business Administration & MBA from ESADE Barcelona and HEC Paris (2003), Jordi has spent his whole career in FMCG industry, holding different marketing, trade and sales senior roles in leading companies like Unilever, Wrigley, Mars and Upfield. After nearly 20 years in the sector and an extensive professional network behind, he decides to switch his career to Executive Search, joining AdQualis in January 2022 as Corporate Sales and Marketing Director. Jordi provides a deep experience in management, which will be extremely valuable to face current and future challenges in the company.

Marianna has twenty years’ experience in managing structured, complex Executive Search projects. She has carried out more than 500 searches to identify the best managerial profiles in the main industries of the European market. She has led complex market research both locally and internationally, as well as Salary Benchmarks and Corporate Governance projects. Marianna was previously Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart Italy, where she worked for over ten years, building in-depth knowledge of the Industrial and Consumer Goods spaces.

Petra Johnsson has more than 15 years of experience in recruiting for senior leadership positions and specialists in both the private and public sectors. Petra Johnsson has graduated EMBA, Executive Master of Business Administration from EFL in Lund supplemented with behavioral science.

Petra is skilled in assessing the competence of managers and top-level executives, having solid experience in coaching and developing individuals’ abilities to think in new directions and bring executives and organizations to new levels.

In 2022, Petra founded FXL I Findexecutives Sweden, while for the last 15 years was a partner in another consultant company in the field of Executive Search and Leadership development.

Her focus is to recruit leaders who in turn create leaders who contribute to organizations that are more sustainable and have better profitability and which contribute to a better society.
